Education and Real Estate Investing

So I'm just beginning this real estate investing journey. My wife and I are wanting to buy our first buy-and-hold sometime in 2019. At the same time I'm also wanting to continue my education towards a degree in accounting. Is it wise 2 try to invest in your first property at the same time as you are trying to obtain your degree? Or is it better to first get your degree and college out of the way and then to start investing?

Anybody who is in this place in life or has done this in the past? I would love to hear your answers or personal stories!
