I have about 30,000 a year that I can save up (just got promoted last year).

Markets that are large & diverse enough to potentially have your entire portfolio in one market because it's actually several markets, but we could never make the numbers work.

Part of fair housing is to protect racial bias, which I understand, but nobody in my racially-diverse B class neighborhood or the racially-diverse C class areas around would choose to live in that D class area unless they absolutely have to had to. 

The stock portfolio is worth $800,000, and heavy invested in solid diverse dividend bearing companies.

Then it will be extra to promote your listing to the top.

. - Growing population- Diversity of industries (particularly like technology)- Sunbelt when possible- University populationWhat are some criteria that you use to analyze markets?

The promote is what makes them rich.
