From everything I read, only homes built prior to 1950 are required to have a lead inspection for tenants but properties built between 1950-1978 are still considered at risk for LBP.

Giving the market a completed package including: a dialed home including light professional staging, great listing photos, creatively written MLS listing, updated termite report and clearance, home inspection report, adding the listing to brokers caravan, circulating a marketing brochure, and setting open houses every weekend until an offer is accepted; we do these steps on every listing.

The rent is always on time (at least the housing authority's portion).As Phil mentioned, Section 8 can be good, but you have to pass annual inspections and meet Housing Quality Standards.
