We are currently starting to do flips to fund our STR acquisitions, are people typically buying properties through wholesale or using a realtor?

If privacy is that important to you, you probaly shouldn't be in business. 

People don't walk in and say "I need you to prescribe me X" without the physician asking a lot of questions, drawing blood, and doing other tests.
