I knew that the tenant moving out AB was taking his share of the "last month's rent" with him, but I assumed that he was getting that directly from the new guy ZB and I would never know about it because I would get the full $1300 (wishful thinking).Well I called the new guy moving in and explained that I had failed to collect his share of the "last month's rent" ($325, the amount I am short) and how that was causing his buddies to potentially get hit with a late fee, and that I still need to collect it from him before he moves in.

Prioritize what's important)- surround yourself with more successful people (I've found buddies who are crushing it in the sales game and really helped me to stay motivated) - tell your friends to keep you honest (one of my buddy snapchats me to make more cold calls during the day)- read a ton (Sell or Be Sold by Grant Cardone and Never Eat Alone by Keith Ferrazzi are good starters)That's a lot to take in but start small.

This appraisal makes no sense to me or my agent when looking at comps and I am seeking advice on how to salvage this deal.Steps taken so far are:- Sent comps to the appraiser which show the home value to be between 205 to 215k but they will not change- my agent is having his buddy who is an appraiser take a look for an informal second opinion- if the above step comes back with a higher appraisal, request a second oneHow have any of you dealt with this problem as it seems it could be quite common?
