It's not really the market that can make you a good or bad flipper.

Obviously, everyone is going to feel bad for the people but there are a lot of organizations available to them where they can get assistance. 

(any wet spots, mold spots, bad drywall, etc is now hard to see because of the fresh paint, if there is any)I'll keep all of these in mind.

You don’t have a water line for the dishwasher or the (nonexistent) fridge, so it’s not as bad as it could be.

If I had a smaller loss from negative cash flow than from rent is it still a bad idea?
