All standard accounting still applies, the question is will those numbers on paper ever convert to actual payments or at time of actual expiration will a new relief order suspending/waiving any associated fee's/charges come into play, I have a feeling there is a good chance of such as we are living in the age of governmental over-reach (I would be pleasantly surprised if it actually considered property owners finances vs being told all are simply required to write it off as a business loss).

New temporary off markets (TOMs) fell 22.3% but there is more to the story about our much maligned TOMs.Check out the aging on our 730 total TOMs listings...TOMs 0-90 days = 616TOMs 91-180 days = 59TOMs 181-270 days = 35TOMs 271-365 days = 8TOMs over 365 days days = 677.9% of our TOMs listings occured after the February 24th stock market crash.

Depending on its age, cracks in the brick may be a normal occurence or a serious problem (if the house is newer & you have cracks in the brick, this is an issue)The foundation: again, the level of concern on this item depends on the age of the house..

Below are the costs I am aware of:- Surveyor: topographic survey, tree survey, verification of true current property dimensions, subdivision plan, existing house building location certificate.- Arborist: tree report (and tree removal, if necessary). - City of Surrey: application fees, development cost charges (DCCs), Engineering fees?
