I have had a couple of late cancellations that I just let go but I spoke directly with the guests and they both had good reasons (death and illness).I offered both of them rebooking at a later day.The illness was a major stroke and they could no longer navigate the stairs at that time. 

😊Ill second this one, detroit Michigan is a strong option in the mid west right now, and I prefer it over Cleveland at the moment. 

I can also recognize sellers trying to pull a fast one, so if anyone has ill intentions I suggest you reconsider.

I think Ill take that out as a screening question and just have them fill in that info on the application.
