In need of wholesaling guidance
A little background on myself: I am broke and I’m trying to seize control of my financial future through real estate. I took interested in real estate after listening to the bigger pockets podcast everyday during the gym and became specifically interested in being a wholesaler. I understand the concept of wholesaling but have never done it before, thus not understanding the actual process. One step I’m stuck in is finding leads and how to get a property under contract. So my questions are;
-How can I find leads and what tools can I use?
-How do I create a contract, do I make it myself and what has to be in it?
-Lastly: How do you assign it to a buyer and do you need an agent for the process?
Thank you in advanced!!
