Wondering what people's experiences have been in regards to renting to section 8 and working section 8 tenants?  How was the process of dealing with the government? Is there any special rules and regulations that differ from a regular rental?

I would love to hear people's experiences.

In my personal experience, there are too many fraudulent, lazy people living on the public dole. If they're willing to abuse the system for an easier life then they are willing to abuse my lease. In most cases, they have left the unit with some unpaid bills, cleaning, and damages that exceed their deposit. It's not been a good experience.
