Cooking anything they shouldn't be?

They had been staying at a Holiday Inn Express, but the lack of cooking facilities were a disappointment to them. 

Tenant smelled like pot when i talked to them last.

Cook/Will counties in Illinois of some of the highest property tax rates in the country, the property taxes are usually the biggest thing that make most deals really bad that I've analyzed.

He is thinking if he can walk away with the pot of money he would be just fine.

@Chip Cook, formal actions are to move on and consider it the cost of tuition.Bruce mentioned somethings to do, but at the end of the day, the money is 99% chance gone for good, or going to cost you just as much to try to recover.

Guests prefer cooking with gas and may not notice that their clothes dry faster - but you'll notice lower bills.Outdoor lighting is all LED on motion detectors. 

The less cooks in the kitchen the better.
