Long story short I’ve been working with agent for 3 days now and he tells me today he’s too busy to take care of me and would set me up with another agent.So the manager calls me and tells that they wont do any lower than asking price offers, send proof of funds or pre approval and they would get back to me and hangs up.

I hang up the phone and tell the buyer...I will give you until end of day Wednesday...I gave the lender one day longer because something was telling me.AND THEN....ON the following Monday I get a frantic call from the buyer....underwriting is kicking out the deal...he is flipping the contract to a copany that he is part owner in and they wont allow it.
