I’m not sure how this rule will be enforceable practically and I doubt many will Realtors who trade a lot of deals off market will take it any more seriously than the “ethics violation” of having a dirty car.

Been looking at 20 - 100 unit deals in the DFW Texas and Houston Marketd but am not familiar with what the trade at in this current climate.

I thought I wanted to go into commercial real estate for a few years after college in order to gain some broad experience and skills within the industry, as well as gaining capital for future investments which is my ultimate goal.

Any recommendations as far as what skill set will best serve me in the near future?

Getting someone to step in is not good and they may have different processes/skills. 

Haha yeah the stuff anyone above my skill level can do is absolutely nuts.

The skills I have is bookkeeping, admin and a little bit of web development.

KIDDING(kinda)If you have an interest in joining the military the skills and discipline you will learn during your service will translate over to real estate very well. 

Educated workers flock to Atlanta for steady employment and corporations move here to tap the skilled workforce. 

I am hands on, so I increased my knowledge and skill level with repairs immensely.
