I am trying to purchase off of the MLS - and I will add that just having integrity and following up will put you way ahead - so many of the agents I talk to want me to buy their listing and they will not find out about any other listings I am interested in, and once I show a preference to a different listing they disappear - I dont know if this is the way it has become and granted I am looking in the low budget area that is not going to give them a great commission - but according to what I have read, it is not what the realtor is supposed to do.any realtor tips & comments on how I might get more cooperation appreciated.
