Hello All,My quest to acquire wholesale deals has led me to acquire the list of ALL the properties in Harris County (using my technology expertise and background) - this data is available in Excel, can be filtered by a whole lot of criteria/I am curious to hear your thoughts on how would you use this data if you had access to it? 

I don't believe rates are going up anytime soon due to the deflationary environment we live in and will continue to be in driven by the exponential force of technology.

Hey All,I have a mixed-use property under contract and the lender is having difficulties finding an appraiser that will appraise this property.The property has a small house ~800 sqft living area directly over the garage- with pretty big decks on the front and rear of the home.

I know I’m relying on the technology to work, but how can I check her credit and background without it?

I invest in single-family homes and have had difficulty closing online and since the pandemic the US Embassy has suspended notary services.

And not a single location in California made that list, despite the prevalence of technology companies there!

I don't expect to hear back from him or to get our money back, but if our poor experience can save someone else from going through the same difficulties then It is worth it.
