Facebook advertising if done correctly is currently a very cost effective method for lead generation- if you aren't confident in your skills I would definitely recommend outsourcing to a specialist who knows how to run ads properly.

I am not saying you can't negotiate it another way, but if I were lending to you on a 50/50 deal, I would want 50% of the "profit".If the investor with the spouse objects, then I would suggest we get a neutral 3rd party agent.
