Advice/ Help with my Wholesaling business
Okay...So I started my wholesaling business January 1. I’ve had multiple contracts, some the number didn’t work, others I couldn’t move. I’ve even had some I ran out of time on (pre foreclosure). I’ve had a buyer go behind me and cut me out of a deal. After meeting and agreeing to buy it. I have over 700 leads, I’ve cold called, Drove 4 $, and even door knocked (all budget conscious) 3 months in no deal. I feel now I need to reach out and seek help. I’m obviously not doing something right. I’m committed to this business, I will be successful. Any advice? I’m located in the Dallas Market
