Unfortunately, the Richmond market is red hot right now.

This obviously leaves me, my mom, and my boyfriend in the red.

The first red flag was on the day of arrival when they sent us check-in instructions that included 15 steps, nearly 20 pictures to help navigate the building, and several warnings not to speak to any of the staff in the building or we would be fined $500.

Of course this is in the red-hot Phoenix market so myself as the owner is in a position of strength right now.

No red flags there. 

My guess is the reasons above (time, cost), but there could be disclosure items that would raise red flags.
