So, were these repairs where another problem (termite damage or rot) was hidden, or incomplete work on the contractors end like not putting tyvek under the siding or something like that? 

I think one area where we take a slightly different approach from others is, understanding what guests are collectively saying about a market from review analysis to hone on creating that stand out experience guests are looking for! 

There are areas where you can cashflow well on multifamily properties, but there are other investment types as well that may feel a bit safer.

Just show your experience where needed and the respect will come. 

Beach houses typically are more freedom oriented compared to condo where there are more neighbors.

And no small investor (those with a handful of properties) has ever been able to provide me with a situation where a properly insured owner has been successfully sued and not covered by the insurance.

However, I’d think most contracts have a deadline for performance where you can then terminate and get your earnest money deposit back and move on.
