Reserve cabinet in kitchen for each room and set a schedule for clean up.. rotate chore chart, like week 1 ,,room one does bathrooms, room 2 does all vacuuming, room 3 all trash out to curb, room 4 mowing and rotate..

I will often replace these bigger items at turnover simply because it is so much easier than doing it when a tenant is in there (think scheduling, moving their items, disruptions, etc).Best of luck in bulletproofing your rentals!

In some markets there is a scheduling fee, that is charged to hold an appointment after one has been made, but it should only be about $50 But that should be between you and the inspector and have nothing to do with the Realtor!
