Buyers list help need advice

Im in the process of starting to

Build a buyer's list in Cleveland and surrounding areas. Found some but want to add afew more, any ideas where to start or a process to take? Need advice

Hi Jason

What works for me is find  the big real estate companies who have the ability to buy several deals. Set up meeting with them and ask them what they are looking for and find them deals. There are so many advantages to this approach. One of the is that to get close fast with them and you don't have to worry about them not performing. Also they usually don't care how much you make is a deal so you can make as much as you want.
