My contractor is a pretty reputable and nice guy - he went next door, knocked and asked permission to put his ladder up on their side of the fence because that's the only way to get at the siding.They said sure, just don't talk or interact with anybody staying there.

Sending a borrower to jail doesn't make payments either.If folks don't know how money can be lost, they haven't been in the business long enough.No, notes are not rocket science so much as being aware of a very wide range of issues, beyond discounting a value to a yield and looking at a property.I'd say too that Dave has a good reputation here, I have never heard a bad word.

Yes, you can tick off a seller, you also hook your reputation in front of a listing agent and broker putting up with added paper work clogging things up.If there is a good reason to low ball on an offer, justify it and make the offer.
