I believe it may be a 2 unit rental, with a 3BR 1 BA lower and a 2BR 1 BA upper unit.

Hello, does anyone have any feedback on ROI/rental income for condos in the 60610 or 60614 zip codes in Chicago?

Also own rentals, a PM company, etc and have bee investing here since 2009.
