With the holidays coming up, is this time of year a good time to start my direct marketing campaign?

I just hate to have to kick anyone out when it gets close to the holidays.

Especially during the holiday season delaying a day could mean several weeks as judges often take time off which could delay your possession of the property !

Tough time of year, holiday week, weather (depending on where you are) etc.

The exception would be during the holidays like right now when the rental market is much slower and the only people moving are the ones that HAVE TO. 

I think there are two separate issues:1) Getting possession back, with little or no damage, in the shortest time, in order to get rent ready before the holidays, when people prefer to not be relocating.

I always think that once September rolls around, I'll have so much time to relax and get things done that I've been putting off.
