Is this time of year a good time to start a direct marketing camp

Hello,

I am new to investing and am ready to start building a marketing campiagn. I am going the route of wholesaling due to not having the money to start flipping houses, which is what our goal is.

With the holidays coming up, is this time of year a good time to start my direct marketing campaign? I have my list together and ready to start mailing, however I do not want to waste the little money I have to get started. A lot of podcast I listen to say this time of year is tougher to get deals going because sellers do not want do anything around the holidays. We are very excited to get started and I know keeping momentum up with the marketing is the strongest thing I can do, however will I not be using my time and money to my maximum capacity starting right now?

We greatly appreciate any suggestions or advise. Thank you in advace.
