Sources for Equity Cash Out / Line of Credit on Rental in LLC
I own a vacation rental property that has a long history of steady summer rentals (beach house) and some off-season weekend and holiday rentals. The house has been owned in a LLC for liability protection purposes and is free & clear. I'd like to access the equity for capital to invest in other real estate opportunities. However, my bank won't consider it a "second home" for a HELOC since it's owned in an LLC. Looking for suggestions and options. Thanks in advance for your input.
