YUP  who knows.but met on the internet  100s of e mails money before closinginsurance  there is no insurance product for private loans does not exist.. etc etc.. maybe the money will come through..

If buying leads were productive, they would already be bought up by people faster and more experienced than you.

Why is it that so few people use these products? 

This is a very common loan product offered by pretty much all mortgage lenders/brokers. 

You might want to do some research on how commercial financing works, so you can better discuss and compare available loan products with lenders.Hope that helps!

You'll also shy away from learning to use high VOC products like oil and shellac primers that provide very good performance at a lower cost.
