It’s only $5 a month and looks like a very user friendly platform for both the guest and host.

I know how to repair most things if the house were to need fixing, as well as I have the time to dedicate to managing the property.

I’m not sure about other platforms, but Airbnb has a Co-Hosting option available. https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/1243/what-s-a-co-host Use someone you know or another local Airbnb host to manage your rental. 

I may be able to learn some things from searching the web, but I think to your point, there is a reason why so much time (for a CPA) is dedicated to this area and why it would make sense for us to go this route.I will continue to self-educate, just because do not want to be completely in the dark, albeit we'll seek out professional assistance.Thanks again everyone for all your assistance!
