Hello BP Community!

I am new and just joined BP.  What an innovative platform to connect people from all walks of life!  I have general questions to ask: what are the pros and cons of being a property manager living in MultiFamily home (class B or C types) dealing with 2 or 3 or 4 tenants?   Like what are the most common issues in both categories?  I am curious and what are your thoughts?  Thanks.

Mike
