Help getting started

Good afternoon, I am looking to see if anyone in the Augusta Georgia area would be interested in mentoring me and helping me get my first multi family deal. I’m 22 and in the navy, so they will pay me $1100 a month to live off base and I would like to try and house hack. If anyone is in the area and willing to help I’m all ears.

@Wesley Stewart Hello Wesley.  Thank you for serving.  Now to the good stuff. Let me ask you one question?  What do you know about real estate?  I see you know the term house hack, that is good. By the way, I went to Paine college.  Depends on your answer for what do you know about real estate, you need to bring some type of value to that mentor, ie knowledge, time, resources.  The last option you should do is pay for a mentor/coach at this point in the game.
