I would recommend KC, MO outside of the 435 loop in general, grand view, Belton, ray more, some parts of independence, north KC, and anywhere in Johnson County.  

Then, because he felt like I treated him well, he did a couple of more outside-the-original-scope tasks for me.It's just a hundred freaking dollars.

The $15 we put was a conservative random bill that my REA said could come up say for like some lights outside the house that may not be included in a the meters, but we are actually thinking that this expense will not exist.I think what I'm looking for is some guidance on what these numbers mean and how they will benefit/hurt me if I go with the purchase.

Go out and look at them-take measurements of the outside and a bunch of better pics-then go out and do a better job of advertising than the owner and at a profit!!

Granted I know nothing about website building and don't plan to learn so there an appreciable level of convenience that I know I would enjoy but outside of that should I say thanks but no thanks a go a little cheaper website building route.

I don't think condo would be a very good first time investment.Yes it's nice to have the outside stuff taken care of.
