What other needs or expectations should I meet in order to generate funds in mass scale?

Another area that may work (again, IDK what the regulation situation is) would be the part of Western Mass where the 5 colleges are located.

do not bother making an offer until you see the inside. drive to western mass and go look at the property. you will get crushed financially if you make an offer based on pictures without seeing it or having someone with experience and in your best interest looking at the property. 

They never went after anyone that lied on their original mortgages en masse.

I also used some muscle car stamps instead of the regular American flag ones to hopefully make it seem more "friendly".

even if you don't use them afterwards it has been theorized that writing creates muscle memory and helps you to retain information better!!  

How long it takes you to develop the necessary skill depends on a) where you started, b) how much you "practice" and c) your personality type.It has taken me, as a Real Estate Professional, a great deal of time to develop the negotiating muscles necessary to confidently assure my buyer clients that we have the best deal possible.  

That is what the masses do.

Secondly try and make it a one on one personalized mailer rather than a mass.

The wholesalers enlist bird dogs with ads on craigslist "learn how to find real estate deals for free I will train you and you'll make up to $500 per deal" etc etc.Face to face door knocking en mass in target areas gets deals 10x better than a stack of letters or post cards.Idea:  you might check in craigslist for these ads and answer them.
