The stigma will attach and some will disregard it due to that fact alone while others will be attracted due to the notoriety.

You may want to sleep there or use dry gas to attract them...CO2 is what they track.

I heard on one of the bigger pockets episodes, where they were talking about posting their deals, but didn't see any threads in the main forums, maybe someone can post a link.

Mainly because literally thousands more buyers will know it's for sale once it hits the MLS.  

So total out of pocket for me was $277,000 as follows:$245,000 (25% down payment)$32,000 (closing costs...mainly mortgage tax and title)And my payment is $5,804 per month with taxes.

Supposedly, toilet flushing, showering, and clothes washing are the 3 main water uses.

Or would a decent sized house attract more renters.Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

What attracts the best tenants?

No offense as I'm sure you're serious too, but someone who brings $1000 or  $2500 to the table is going to attract my attention more than a buck.
