i have some newby questions

My first question is how do I upload a picture. I went to my profile but didn't see how to add a picture. My second question is where do you go to post deals, and have your deal analyzed by other members. I heard on one of the bigger pockets episodes, where they were talking about posting their deals, but didn't see any threads in the main forums, maybe someone can post a link.
