You could always try to extend closing, but the seller may refuse to sign an extension amendment.You could always suggest closing and implementing a rent back or occupancy agreement as it’s called here, although I suspect she won’t want that and prefers to get a higher price if she received those other offers.

Those buildings can be rock solid, but structural oddities about old buildings prevent you from doing as much wall replacement/removal.

But it truly depends on your buying strategy because an LLC if not quit claimed when buying/refinancing would prevent you from getting the lowest interest rates and down payment options when buying.
