So, the delay is most likely caused by the tenant - either incorrectly entering info or not having proper funds in the account and the systems trying again a day or two later.

I have no idea of the difficulties to find financing as a Canadian, but I do know the difficulties of performing a successful BRRRR in San Diego at this time and consider it very challenging and on the edge of impossible.good luck

The pictures don't work properly so it's hard for the tenant to even figure out what their room would look like.Also, be comfortable spending WAY more on construction costs, etc. than you would if you were rehabbing it yourself.
