The high home prices are also a function of demand and peoples' ability to be homeowners (which is high here in SoCal).In a place like Memphis or Houston or other cash-flow markets, there is less demand for home ownership.

Remember these services are built for the masses so you're not going to get any functionality specific to real estate (other than dropping in simple html embed codes that a third party provides).If you want a true IDX integration, I'd suggest going with Wordpress then hooking up with a third party IDX provider such as IDX Broker.

Construction loans are generally a future advance note as an example.It becomes an accounting function as well, is the note holder creating a new loan paying off the old loan, which is common, in that a new security agreement must be made.
