Prices are getting really high.

I know the prices are high there but as long as rental prices are high too, that's ok with me. 

Pick a price and see if you get any hits.

But maybe because I have PriceLabs control the pricing.

Even as we get efficient and effective buying solo, getting it to our advantage with price reductions and concessions used to be very tough but should get easier with the new (about time) rules of buyers being responsible for getting their own agent paid.  

Cameron,First $300K for a 4 unit is a great price but $700 even $800 a door is really low for rents.

There's a few different markets here that would be optimal for that strategy depending on price point and the specific areas that they're looking in

I'm trying to find something more durable than carpet (seems to only last a few years) and am turned off by pricing on vinyl plank.
