Flooring From Alibaba?

Hey BP! 

Has anyone out there ordered bulk flooring from Alibaba? Our business is replacing 1-2000 sq feet of flooring per month in our rentals. I'm trying to find something more durable than carpet (seems to only last a few years) and am turned off by pricing on vinyl plank. However, it seems I can buy a shipping container of vinyl plank flooring direct from China at a significant discount. Have you ever ordered bulk materials from there? If so, what should I know when ordering directly from the suppliers? Recommended, or no?
