i prefer to be where most of the market is. i love booking.com, but they occasionally offer me ways i can get more people with this or that program. involves higher commission or giving discounts. just stay with the crowd and present your listings how you see fit.

Occasionally, and I mean occasionally you will find a property that is vacant and that's where you should jump in quick because you can set your own rental amount. 98% of the landlords have not kept up to anything even close to market rent here in the East Bay......As an example I have seen hundreds of times where a landlord is selling their duplex, triplex, fourplex and they will have 2bd/1ba or 3 bd/1ba or even 2bd/2ba units renting out for less than $1,000/mo.

Buy a small apartment in the city and a small second house upstate that I can rent out occasionally (or not at all).Buy an apartment here in Manhattan that offers live/work occupancy so my partner can work from home and pay me his office rent (so he'll be better off as well).

For a sponsor like that usually doesn’t make sense to put her offering on a 506C/Crowdfunding portal and pay an extra fee. occasionally I do see some do this anyway.
