Most of the houses on the same street are dated,  with bigger square footage and different house style.

Condo fees are really high, apartment rentals are high compared to Montreal and there isn't a lot of duplex/triplex styles for sale.  

When I look at a property that old I will pull all properties built up to about 1970 and then separate them by style and features.

It might not be your style, but he was submitting low balls like crazy for me which helped a ton.

I truly believe in the Warren Buffet style thinking where you make your money when you buy the property.

Hi Ramon,The hardware would be a specific question depending on what you have and what you are replacing with.As for which to replace, I would think they should all be the same style or all mismatched.  

Upgrades: New hardwood style floors, countertops, siding, water heaters, AC units (2), New paint, Bathroom finishes, Not-Upgraded: Kitchen appliances (all in good shape and looking good but definitely not new)Tenants: Hard to say b/c they all moved-in in April 2016.

Duplexes, Tris and Quads were just never a very popular building style, so there isn't much stock available.  

I feel people are expecting more of a resort style experience.

Wouldn't you agree that everyone's life style will improved if the parties involved making a decision share similar information?
