"Black mold" may be more dangerous health-wise than other types of mold, but that's why you get rid of the mold altogether -- if it's gone, it really doesn't matter what type of mold it was.That said, if there was mold in a house prior to rehab, a mold test is a great idea post-rehab, just to help verify that all the mold (and the source) was remediated.Another tip -- before getting a mold test, ask the company for some guidelines for how to ensure the test is accurate.

So if an agent's site was scheduled to download all of the MLS data at 1:00 AM every Saturday, then yes the information would not be shown on those sites until their databases were inline with the MLS master database.

If I want to tracks trends in a particular residential neighborhood or zip code one way to do it would be to:(1) keep track of the number of homes put up for sale per month and MLS data(2) keep track of the number of prospective buyers who visit those homes per month andPrivlaged information(3) keep track of the number of homes that sell per month.Mls dataApplying simple math formulas to those those numbers I might find some insight into what is happening in terms of demand and supply.
