The other part of wholesaling that is a possible red flag is Equity Stripping, AKA Illegal Flipping, this was heavily regulated till a few years ago by lenders, especially M.I. companies, they have relaxed the rules, but was a problem pre and post crash. seeing the increase in this activity seems eerily familiar,  like 2007 all over again. just be careful especially with your license, Disclose Early, Often, and in Writing, My license is too valuable to me to be involved in this type of transaction, so i steer clear. if my entity is on the contract, I am the one closing. period.

Hi all,I am an investor-friendly agent so I spend my days showing properties in dire need of repair and as a designer, I am jumping for joy over all of the POSSIBILITIES I see in these potential flip deals.But as an agent, I'm sending them to my clients.

I have some money, not a lot, but I do have time, skills, and experience necessary to flip houses.

I grew frustrated with agents treating me and my rental investment business as one of the many clients and giving incorrect comps (which can change a plan from a quick flip to a hold (rental)). 

I have flipped two houses in the past.  

I am Taylor and am looking towards investing in long term investments, house flips, and general real estate investing.

Anyone heard of or dealt with a new program called "Funding for Flipping"?
