In my market I haven't seen it effect rents.

We survived the 2000 dot-com bubble--even though that one didn't effect our real estate the way the other crises have.That said, we have a bit of insight into what will happen here. 

Satellite images superimposed on GIS maps are distorted by the effects of orthographics.

As I write this, Global business is effectively grounded.

Maybe lease up takes an extra month, but at the end of the day, if it really is a good deal, an extra month of vacancy won't effect things.

Given the trend of the past few days (written on 03/16/20) and the impact on the services industry and soon to be reverberating effects on the overall economy, I'm worried about tenants not being able to meet their rent obligations. 

Mitigation can be expensive, and I don't know if everyone who sleeps here will be effected, or only EMF sensitive people.- Has anyone else run into this issue or anything similar?

Glad you didn't pull the plug...So easy to let what's happening now effect your start. 

I use the line or something to the effect " Iam thinking of buying the building next door and just wanted to meet the owner."
