Regarding potential adoption, it would take any agent (with no experience in 360 video) about 30 minutes to go from taking photos/videos to having them on the app for viewing to distribute to the public.Thanks for any insight you all have!

You could ask them to provide pictures or instead of a phone call if they are interested in moving forward you could video conference with them using FaceTime or some other means.

I've been an investor for just over a year now and have watched many BiggerPockets videos, but just now signed up and this will be my first response.

A lot of these things we have seen in videos/podcasts etc. but we are hoping to hear from other sources as well.

I was shocked to hear that but remembered seeing a video on here were Brandon Turner said it wasn't a big deal when you are just starting out because you don't have alot of equity to come after in the event of a lawsuit so that's why I'm uncertain. 

I also have “Water Back Up and Sump Discharge or Overflow” coverage, but not sure that is relevant.Do you think the dwelling coverage of my home insurance will cover it?

However while discussing this with someone from the registration department they mentioned I would also have to obtain a "use and occupancy" permit because my house has 2 dwelling units, and their records indicate only one.

I have been looking through forums and watching videos on youtube and just absorbing every bit of information I can about wholesaling.

And is there any books, courses, videos etc that I can get more information on the investment
