What kind of power team?

I'm kind of from all over.

I kind of had a crappy day, so this experience helped pull me through it.

And, no, an assessors does not commonly look at the property.

But I wouldn't anyway, because I have a generator that I use for these kind of occasions;) 

However, there is probably a common thread among all states.  

Regarding the house hack method,  depending on what kind of work the building needs,  I would recommend hacking the basement/ lowest floor unit first.  

We do have exclusive buyer's agency though - the buyer is committed  to the agent and will pay the commission if he's going with another agent.It's not common in Cleveland, at least, not everywhere, but very customary  in other areas.

If you are going to take that kind of loss each month I would consider selling it
