People jokingly talk about a certain person's proposal to basically give everyone $15k in down payment assistance if they're a first time buyer and not rich, saying that all it's going to do is instantly inflate real estate by $15k across the board.

Hello Investors communityIn contract to buy a duplex in Lake Havasu city AZ, we have 1 of the tenant that has been there for 17 yrs, receive HUD rent assistance basically a section 8.If we send a 60 days notice ( month to month lease - should be 30 days notice ) to evict , will HUD can oppose to eviction ?

I asked the broker I am working with to find out more about the property and he was told the Seller's agent is not willing to work with him as a buyer's broker.My broker told me that if the seller's agent refuses to cooperate the seller's agent will keep the entire 6% commission and I would have to pay my broker 3% directly.I would feel much more comfortable doing a deal of this size with the assistance of a broker representing me.
