Aromas can permeate the surface and be hard to remove.

Passive-aggressive will be taking their anger out due to having to fix this problem by not warning you of a steady drip in the water heater until it explodes and ruins the flooring in the adjoining rooms.

I did laminate in bedrooms in one of my rentals only to have to rip them up because of pet urine in one room and another time there was a leak from the adjoining bathroom.
