I was shopping in Vegas - - until I saw all those rent concession signs - - Move in for $1, First month Free!!

I'm currently in Vegas and will be moving back to the area when I purchase a home.

4-Plex located in a C'ish area of Las Vegas.  

I was just at the aapl convention in Vegas  and the consensus is there is going to be a slow down or pull back.. but I think that is regional. 

@Chris StPeter if you like free gifts you should sign up for all the time share tours in Vegas ,show tickets,buffets and if you hold our hawaiian cruises Remember 1 purchase one all your gains go away

Do you have any recommendation on properties to invest in Las Vegas to do short-term rentals like Airbnb?

South Lake tahoe, by the casinos, has acres of garbage C duplexes...1 mile from million dollar homes...

You note that you are interested in Reno - but, Las Vegas is only 5 hours away from Fountain Valley by car - consider the 2 million pop. center versus the (admittedly growing) half-mill Reno Area (it is 'the Biggest LITTLE City in America' for a reason).I am very encouraged that you are first discussing the legal form of your investing entity, as this is the foundation that must be solid for your business success.
