I have it listed on Furnished Finder, but outside of the usual marketing platforms, what are other options I may have to market this to those seeking corporate housing.

Almost all of the platforms will have this option, but it will be easier on some sites than it is on others.

Some people use only word of mouth, some use the MLS, some use FB marketplace, some Zillow, etc. . . )I pick my target tenant (say, affording a nicely appointed 3/2 pool home near ____) and look across a few platforms to see what's available.

You need to separate the purchase cost between building and land unless you are flipping.What platform are you using for your accounting keeping records?

I've had good and not so good experiences with Zillow's free marketing platform, and like you, received tons of interest almost immediately that eventually tapered-off; there could be many factors affecting the volume of inquiries you're (not) receiving that isn't within your control. 

Both tenants have been there for many years.Should I work with a local realtor or am I better off marketing the home through a different platform?

Rentredi has been a pretty great platform for managing and collecting rents for my self managed units.
